Thé writing and the cold of the ink is so light that I can never read it and I have to delete it. A light grey writing like this is very hard on the eyes especially for older people like me. As well it needs to have the letters a bit bigger. Thank You!

BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE • 3 tbsp high quality balsamic vinegar • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp dijon mustard • 1 garlic clove, crushed • salt, freshly ground black pepper, and nutritional yeast to taste Place all ingredients into a small glass jar with lid and shake until well combined. Feel free to double this for easy access throughout the day or week. Keeps in the fridge for 3 - 5 days. 2.
