“The book itself is full of vibrant colour and gorgeous pictures on every page that make me want to keep it open on my counter. The recipes are straight to the point listing just ingredients and instructions, easy to read and follow (no long introductions to read through before even getting to each recipe like so many other cookbooks I own). I've tried many recipes now and each one tastes amazing, no exaggeration, they need no special ingredients as I found I had them already or could very easily find a substitute. The author has made them so simple to make as well, I just can't praise her enough. I've used this recipe book everyday for the past 2 weeks and I look forward to each one I make. She's made me excited to eat a whole food lifestyle again, I FEEL AMAZING, and I've started shedding weight and I don't feel deprived whatsoever while watching my husband eat say, ground beef taco's....
