This package includes one 1 hour coaching session. This is a great package to jump start your vegan journey.

If you are interested in a personal coaching session with me, here is your chance. As your personal coach, I will be here to provide motivation, keep you accountable, answer questions and help you reach your personal goals. Everyone is unique and together we will tailor a custom process that meets your needs.

Once you purchase the session, I will email you a questionnaire to fill out. You can also let me know what questions you have at this time to best utilize your 1 hour session. We can then set up your preferred time to be able to chat via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype.

The information we will discuss in your session is for educational and motivational purposes only. This is a great package to keep you accountable, help you locate the why behind your struggle, and course correct you on your path to success.
