This cheese comes together in just a few minutes, and can be used as a veggie dip, over pasta, spread on a tortilla, or any other dish you’d like to make a little cheesier.

Quick Stovetop Cheese makes about 3/4 cups

3/4 cups thick unsweetened plant milk, such as oat milk, organic soy milk, or canned coconut milk

3 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp miso paste

2 tbsp arrowroot powder or tapioca flour

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together over medium heat until combined. Turn down to low, and continue to whisk frequently for another 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes more elastic and to your desired consistency.

plant milk is typically not thick. Which plant milk tastes best with this cheese sauce. I prefer not to use coconut milk because of the saturated fat content in coconut milk.

Hi! You can use any thick unsweetened plant milk,

such as oat milk or organic soy milk.

Enjoy and let me know if you liked it.
