How can I describe to you the amount of times this recipe has helped me not blow my healthy eating? This is a staple around my house perfect for hitting that "sweet tooth" spot and helping you come down from the ledge of eating something not on your plan. Enjoy!
• 3 frozen bananas
• 1 tbsp peanut butter or powdered peanut butter
• 1/4 cup or less plant milk
• 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
• splash of vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp Herbal Vineyards Exclusive Gold Sea Moss Gel
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Start on low and gradually increase the speed using a tamper to help everything blend to a soft serve consistency. Scoop out and enjoy immediately. Makes 1 to 2 servings.
