Hi! It’s Michele, and I am so excited to be bringing you my Vegan Weight Loss Course!

 

In 2009 I was introduced to Veganism and began to learn as much as I possibly could about eating and living this way, it truly became my passion. Through this process I found renewed health, a sense of well being, effortless weight loss, and finally felt happy with my body and the natural weight I was at versus the constant struggle I had felt during my teens and early twenties.

 

In 2017 I had an amazing, healthy vegan pregnancy and gave birth peacefully at home to our precious son Eli. While I was loving everything about being a mother, I suddenly felt I had lost control of my eating again and could not seem to lose the weight postpartum. I felt frustrated that I could not just “bounce back” as I had seen so many women do, and I began searching for the reasons and the habits I had settled into unconsciously that were hindering my weight loss. It was during this time of searching that I began to discover the root causes to why I could not lose the weight. It all had to do with my MIND, and relearning how to connect to my physical body and my emotions. I was using food (albeit, even healthy foods) to cope my way through this new phase of my life. It was from this place of struggle that I began to really uncover the root of why I, and so many people feel they cannot lose the weight and keep it off. This trying time inspired me to create this course. True weight loss begins in the mind and ends on the plate. No, this program has been designed to help you transition on your terms and at your own pace. I can help you come up with a game plant to cut down on animal products or completely eliminate them. It's up to you, and I am here to support your goals with sound nutritional advice.
