I have struggled with my weight my entire life. A constant repeat cycle of restriction, counting calories, and obsessing over my next meal to bingeing and being a slave to food. Eating in secret, and unable to stop the patterns of self sabotage. Being “good” all week only to fly off the rails on the weekend and forgo any progress I’d made. Like you, I was sick of the mental drain, decision fatigue, and restricting food. It was’t until I wholeheartedly implemented the exact tools, tips, and tricks that I share in my Vegan Michele Wellness Method that I began to break free from the controlling chains that food had over me. 

I am now at a weight that I feel confident in my body. I was able to  to successfully lose weight after 2 pregnancies using these simple strategies.

Food no longer controls my thoughts. I have found control and self discipline (because yes, it is a matter of self discipline) to make the decisions I want to make that my “future self” will thank me for. Food no longer takes up negative real estate in my mind.

Working together for an extended amount of time affords you the means of achieving your goals. Our work together is intensive and will challenge you to form new habits that increase self-regulation and boost belief that you can successfully remain in action.

 

 

We will be working together for 3 months total.

  • Six 50-minute 1:1 sessions with Michele (2 per month)

  • Unlimited support in between sessions via email or text during the three months

  • An easily integrated personalized holistic plan for weight loss

  • A comprehensive online course supporting you emotionally, mentally, nutritionally, physically, and socially (lifetime access). The course includes videos, and worksheets to supplement and solidify the new information you are learning

  • Clean and simple recipes with wholesome ingredients geared towards weight loss

  • A fitness regimen that is easy to follow and fits into your daily routine

Where does the program take place? 

The program is 100% virtual. Every aspect is done online, and/or downloadable. You can participate from anywhere around the world. Time zones and locations are not a barrier for full participation.

Do I have to be a vegan before I start?

No, this program has been designed to help you transition on your terms and at your own pace. I’ll help you with a game plant to cut down on animal products or completely eliminate them in a way that is sustainable for you personally. It's up to you, and I am here to support your goals with sound nutritional advice.

Do you have a payment plan option?
