This amazingly simple, yet flavorful dressing can be thrown together in a flash. Completely fat free, a perfect go-to for a quick salad.
✔️ 2 Minutes ✔️ Nut free ✔️ Weight Loss Friendly ✔️ Enough for a large salad
• 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
• 2 teaspoons soy sauce OR coconut aminos OR tamari
• 2 teaspoons maple syrup
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
• Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
NOTE: Stores well in a glass jar with lid for a week. Double or triple the recipe for meal prepping ease at the top fo the week.
