FRESH HERB HUMMUS WRAP

The perfect quick and healthy wrap. Great when you are in a time crunch, feeling lazy, or needing something right away this super flavorful wrap is your new go-to.



FRESH HERB HUMMUS WRAP

✔ 5 Minutes  ✔ Weight Loss Friendly  ✔ Gluten Free Option  ✔ Oil Free  ✔ Serves 1


INGREDIENTS

1 large wrap of choice, whole grain or gluten free

2 tablespoons oil free hummus, store bought or homemade

1 large handful of spinach leaves or other greens of choice

1/4 to 1/2 a medium cucumber, cut into long sliced

1 medium carrot, julienned or peeled into strips

2 sprigs fresh parsley or other fresh herb you enjoy

• 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeños, optional



Assemble the wrap by spreading the hummus on the wrap. Add the spinach leaves, then the cucumber, carrots, fresh herbs and pickled jalapeños. Roll up the wrap and enjoy of save for later by wrapping in foil and refrigerating.
