TROPICAL BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE

A tropical twist on a classic breakfast staple.



Tropical Buckwheat Porridge serves 2

✔️ under 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup buckwheat groats

2 cups plant milk or water, use plant milk for a creamier option


Toppings:

Mango, chopped

Coconut flakes

Chia seeds

Maple syrup

More plant milk as desired



1. In a medium pot add buckwheat groats and milk/water. Bring to a boil then reduce to low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Let stand a few minutes before serving.


2. Add desired toppings from the list above. Enjoy!
