Easy for a quick, fresh breakfast or snack.

Spring Fresh Avocado Toast serves 1

✔️ under 10 minutes


1 slice bread of choice, toasted

1/4 to a 1/2 avocado, sliced or mashed

Handful of micorgreens, sunflower micorgreens pictured

1 to 2 radishes, sliced

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt, chili flakes, and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Toast and add desired topping from list above. Easy peasy.
