HOW TO BOOST IMMUNITY | Cold & Flu Juice Shots

It’s on everyones mind, so here are two recipes for juice shots that will boost your immunity naturally. Be well!



Apple Ginger Shot:

2 Apples (variety of your choice)

1 lemon (peeled)

2 inch ginger root

Pass through a juicer. Have about 1 oz at a time. Stores in the fridge in a glass jar with lid 3 to 4 days. Or if you are sick, have a small amount through out one day drinking all within 24 hours.


Wellness Shot:

To Juice:

1 garlic clove

1 inch ginger root

1 orange (peeled)

1 lemon (peeled)

To add in after:

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbl apple cider vinegar with the mother

Dash of black pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper

Juice the "to juice" ingredients, then pour into a glass jar, add the rest. Place a lid on and shake to combine all ingredients. Have about 1 oz at a time. Stores in the fridge in a glass jar with lid 3 to 4 days. Or if you are sick, have a small amount through out one day drinking all within 24 hours.
